Im here looking for answers since my Wife started using her hands free in the car. I noticed right away that the sound quality was horrible. Verizon service, on a Motorola Rzr. I will have her try turning the air down and if that doesnt help address it with the dealer. If I find out anything from them then I wil post back here.
