Default Paint/finish of factory rear lip spoiler

Is it just me, or is the paint finish of the ES 350 factory rear lip spoiler not up to par when compared to the rest of the vehicle? On my vehicle, I can clearly notice orange peel on the paint finish of the spoiler (which came already installed on the vehicle--dunno if it was installed at the port but the window sticker listed it so I can only assume that it wasn't installed "after the fact"); the contrast between it and the finish of the trunk door surface is clearly obvious. Is this necessarily because the spoiler itself isn't metal, hence the paint doesn't adhere as smoothly to it?

My dealer told me a spoiler is a port installed option. It can also be done at the dealership, for more money. Same with XM/Sirius radio

My spoiler was supposed to be installed at port but they forgot so they intalled it at the dealership. (and did not charge me )
In any case, the paint finish is flawless, I looked it over very carefully.
You must have got a bad one

I was afraid of that...one more thing for the dealer to check out.
