Fleetrates does come back with the best prices but after the transportation cost it was no difference for me.
They are based in CA (LA or around there) but have a few other points of delivery. If you are close to one of their delivery spots then that would be a good option.

I was thinking of the fleet manager in a specific dealership. I've been told it's possible for the general public to deal with the fleet manager and I think I've found a way to do just that. Anybody ever gone this route?
