call them, when i was thinking about getting a es350, they gave me the best price but i would have had to travel to NJ or pay for the car to be transported to me.

Fleetrates does come back with the best prices but after the transportation cost it was no difference for me.
They are based in CA (LA or around there) but have a few other points of delivery. If you are close to one of their delivery spots then that would be a good option.

I was thinking of the fleet manager in a specific dealership. I've been told it's possible for the general public to deal with the fleet manager and I think I've found a way to do just that. Anybody ever gone this route?
