I know, it's a silly question and the answer probably lies buried in one of the myriad instruction manuals but I was wondering if anyone here could give me a hand on this.

I popped in a DVD of Pink Floyd Pulse (very good BTW for any of you out there interested) and all I got was audio playback. I played with a few of the buttons and ***** but, no picture.

Yes, for those of you wondering, the car was in park! (lol)

I don't have the UL myself, but from what I understand you have to have the parking brake set as well.

Indeed, you parking brake has to be on. I wish they would change this...i mean a movie is just as distracting as a NAV map. Make sure your system is the Mark Levinson DVD system and not the standard CD system.

Thanks guys. It works fine now. It was nothing but the need to apply the parking brake as you suggested.

How insecure are the biggies over at Lexus that they require this? How silly is it that with the car in park it will not play?
