One of the CL regulars on here did a test drive of the ES 350 and concluded that it gave up some of the smoothness of the past ES models in favor of sportier performance. That said, I feel the new ES is more modern, stylish, and the NAVI system is a whole lot better. I also felt that it was very roomy and plush inside.

My dad and I are gonna swap cars this friday. I need to borrow his pickup, and he will drive my ES350 home. His usual car is a 2004 ES330. Are there any special differences I should mention to him....as in words of caution? I have never driven the ES330 so I dont know the feel and the power of that car. Asides from the keyless entry/start, are there other major differences? Is the blind spot worse for the ES350? He has a long drive home so i wanna make sure he's familiar with the car as much as possible.
