I don't know if I'm the only one that didn't know this but, TPMS are not compatible with tire puncture sealants. The sealant can damage the sensors. Also, should you need to replace a tire, it takes 3 different torque wrenches. One to torque the wheel, one to torque the sensor into positioning on the wheel and a third to tighten the valve stem itself. This will take an additional 30 minutes per four tire job.
Being relatively new to this forum, this might be old news to this knowledgeable Lexus group.

I've heard about the tire puncture sealant/TPMS warning before, but still a good thing to point out nonetheless.
FWIW--even w/o the TPMS warning, I'd personally avoid using tire puncture sealant if at all possible...especially considering that tire shops hate having to clean that stuff off the insides of the wheel when they have to replace the tire.
