Default Anyone with an 09/06 or 10/06 build for their ES350?

Anyone with a late build ES350? I heard from another forum that a new manufacturer was going to be used for the 6 speed transmission for the camry and I assume would be the same for the ES350. This tranmission would supposedly solve the tranmission issues that people hear and the toyota forums are mentioning.

If anyone with a late build model can confirm that the spiking issues are no longer an issue, that would be great. Thanks.

I have a 09/06, so far no transmission problems *crosses fingers* And there's no noise during cold starts in the morning.
