Your vehicle is NEVER too young to use additives! I am a car fanatic, just look at my signature. I think you should spend some time on www.bobistheoilguy and learn a few things.
To answer the OP question, try using some VSOT(valvoline synpower oil treatment) comes in a silver bottle and has a lot of molybdenum which is a friction reducer. I can bet any money that this will do the trick. Normal direction are to use 1oz per quart of oil, so for the ES350 use 6 ounces(180mls) Also change to a synthetic oil, it flows better than dino oil and could also solve your problem.

I feel the 3.5L is much more powerful, smoother, etc. The 3.3L has not given any trouble, but is not very powerful. I know it is a van, but I wish it had more pick up and go. For 2007, Toyota is dropping the 3.5L in the Sienna. Smart move.

I am not recommending the product - only wondering if anyone has considered it. I realize these are very new cars and should not need additives to operate flawlessly.

Please check your owners manual as the GS300 AWD has a little tapping sound which is part of the fuel injection system they use now. This is probably the same thing.
