I got my SGM UL in July 2006 for $38,900 + TTL = $43,000 out the door. But they got me on my trade-in (ES350 MSM PP+, 11 days old with 400 miles). No it wasnt a bad tranny buy out....for those who remember that episode.... The discount on the new UL offset some of my losses. Plus I will deduct the double sales tax and the loss on trade-in from my income taxes, so in the end it doesn't hurt so bad. I tell ya, if they give you a super deal, they gotta make money elsewhere. Nothing is for free.

Me too; it's one thing to ask for opinions as to whether a deal is good or not BEFORE making the purchase, but afterwards? I mean, the bottom line is whether you feel comfortable paying what you did for yor car; if you didn't feel comfortable with that price, you wouldn't have agreed to it in the first place--no?
