This is why I traded my rattle trap ES350 for a special order IS350 (very satisfactory dealer resolution....with NO HELP from Lexus corporate). I have not left this forum, just no more to comment on, and will give my impressions after late January delivery of the IS. Hope my impressions reflect R&T assessment!
