Anyone with the new TSB completed?

Can those who have had the new TSB implemented on their vehicle please post if the flare still exists. I know I have read that some have had their transmission replaced or do not qualify for the TSB, but for those that HAVE had the TSB done, please post their flare experiences if any still arise. Thanks.
