It's a long story but where can I get a 2007 ES 350 Owners manual without paying an arm and a leg? Also where do you find the lug nut key?

Are you registered at the Lexus Owners website? It looks like they may send you one for free from what I've seen there. Here's the link:

Once registered, if you go to the Manage Vehicles section you'll see where you can do online searches of the manual. You'll also see a link to order a replacement manual. I clicked it and as far as I went, there was no mention of payment.

In my vehicle, the lug nut key was in a black plastic rolled up pouch with the jack. The pouch contains registration cards which you can mail in to the key manufacturer so that if your lug key is ever lost you can get a replacement. I always check after rotation service to make sure my lug key is back in my trunk and not still on the bench in the service department!

 

I followed your instructions and ordered a replacement manual. No charge!

 

I put my request in almost 2 weeks ago.
