I have a 3/07 build. Exceptional motor, silky ride, nice controls, excellent fit/finish, effective stability/traction control. And flawless shifting, once I learned the nuances inherent in drive by wire and highly computerized transmission. Everything it's supposed to be. On the other hand, it has a soft, but competent suspension, the steering is not super quick (though very accurate), and the base stereo is really poor for such a car. Also, the interior LED lighting is weak (TIP: use the vanity mirror lights to supplement!!!) On balance, I would buy it again. I can't think of a better sedan for the $34,500 (11% discount) I paid. And New Country Lexus in Latham, NY is the best dealer I have experienced.

I recently purchased an ES 350, as well. So far, no major problems and nothing wrong with the transmission.
