You can run 87 in that no problem. In fact in 2011 Lexus changed the suggestion from 91 to 87 and just slightly reduced the power.

ive been running 87 for the past 2 years on mine and it seems to be fine. I was running mid grade for the other 10 years and that was fine too... i dont really think 87 hurts the ES
