Default How to delicately remove grease

I have driven through some type of axle grease, it is built up pretty thick behind both wheel wells at the lower extremity of the painted area on the driver side. Any recommendations on removing this mess without suffering any damage to my pristine paint? Thanks in advance

After first using car wash soap and water a few times (probably with a car wash mit which should be discarded after this use) I would then use 3M Gerneral Purpose Adhesive Cleaner and more soap and water. Take is slow and never apply much pressure on the cleaning rag while using either the soap or the cleaner. When finished of course rewax the entire area. No harsh cleaning pads and no solvents. Good luck.

DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE WITH A RAG. If there are any grit in the grease you stand a good chance of scratching your paint. I would visit a carwash and use the wand to wash the grease towards the bottom of the car. The pressure washer will move most of the grease and then all you have to deal with is the residue. I would then hit it with something like prepsol to remove the remaining film. Follow up with a good coat of wax or sealant and you are good to go.
