Default 2007 ES 350 Nav Screen Service Menu

I found the way in to the service menu, however, the backup camera test mode (would enable in-motion use) is grayed out. Also, cannot exit service mode without engine restart. Anyone have some info for me to get more out of the service menu?

Here is a link to the video where I learned:

I am unable to access the camera check menu, as it is grayed despite all the different things I have thought of to try. The GPS menu, however, will show your speed accurately (unlike the dash speedometer).

To exit the service menu, hold the display button down steadily for about 4-5 seconds

Dave I am in Colorado Also, got to service menu but cant seem to do much with it. Would love to be able to get the Nav and tools to work while rolling and not have to do a wire hack. Of course the DVD hack is a good idea also but since I am an IT guy I have worries about that also. When you change the software there has to be a compromise.

Folks the key is where you touch the pad, not the corners of the screen but the within the dispay/map window itself.

Mlawler,

Go to this thread and look ONLY at the responses by SONARTECH. This person took the software apart and, as I remember, the compromise is that you lose some of the voice commands which in my case worked VERY poorly.
