Dealer changed my front-right speaker (UL)
I heard distortion from right-front speaker with strong bass, and dealer said it's blown. This speaker is changed now, and I'm 100% happy again.
The speaker model is 86160 - 0W560, does any one know what brand it is?

Why do you think that? I realize that Mark Levinson is part of Harman International but they have several brands under their umbrella and they, like a lot of manufacturers, outsource drivers from time to time. Before branding the ML system in my Lexus a JBL hybrid (I will not tell you what JBL might also stand for other than James B. Lansing) this is information that I really want to know the answer to without ripping up the car.

I did a Google search for - speaker 86160 - 0W560 and some variants and it shows that as a JBL /Toyota part number. That is why I think (but I am not positive) they are the vendor. JBL certainly makes high end speakers, and it makes sense to me. I think that if you take some of your ML speakers out they will not be clearly branded, but I am only speculating on the whole topic.
