Default 07 camry se springs

I hope i dont get attacked for this post but here goes, will 07 camry se lowering springs work on es 350, i know the cars are built on the same chassis, the springs will lower the car by 1inch, saw them on tire rack, adding
18x8 wheels on 225/45/18 tires. will post pic's when i get wheels later this week.

If its built on the same chassis I dont see any reason for them not to fit. But the camry se suspension is pretty harsh (feel a lot of bumps). I don't know if it's worth losing the soft ride, but if you like it go for it.

It wont feel like a "lexus" It will feel more like a SE V6 Camry. Just my opinion.

i am doing it more for the look, but the ride is a bit to soft for my liking, i think a car is not yours till you give it your own personal look, don't like looking like all the others in the bunch, just my feeling,

cross reference the part numbers of the springs between the two and ask a few service rep from different dealers. eventually "someone" will know the answer. It will be a nice upgrade. keep us posted.

found out the the camary springs won't work but there is a manufactor that lowers our cars. they are called tanabe, 1.8 in the front and 1 in the rear. 217 bucks. I'll let you know how it does, and i'm getting 20's guys. yay!

i was looking at getting a little stiffer spring setup with the camry se springs as well as the drop, maybe the 18x8 wheels and 45 series tires will keep the boat from rockin a little less. let me know how it works out for you?

Slightly OT, but just the other day I saw a dropped LS460L--it wasn't slammed all the way down by any means, but it definitely had a nice even lowered stance--hardly any visible wheel well gap.

So did the 07 camry springs work? i wasnt sure of that pic of the white car above was with the 07 springs installed.. I was thinkin that you could just buy lowering springs for an 07 camry then? just curious..

AND BTW, just out of curiousity, where has everybody seen these Tanabe springs? i couldnt find the correct application online, thanks!
