Hi all,
Lexus announced that the 2008 changes from the 2007 are the mirror and the extra two lights for rear passenegrs... I still havn't seen them even in pictures... So, can you please post some pics for the side mirrors and the rear passenger's light??
Many thanks!
Mish

My father in law who has an 08 Es350 mentioned something about lights in the rear. I didn't know what he was talking about as I have an 2007.
However, when I looked they placed lights right up along the roofline.
Unfortunately, the lights take the place of the "dry cleaning" hooks !
I personally would rather have the hooks... to each his own.

Damn, I'm gonna have to go check. I'd rather have the hooks too. I never use rear reading lights. When I sold my BMW, the buyer found the rear reading lights and mentioned them. I had forgotten I even had them.

The more I think about it, the more the lack of dry cleaning hooks, along with the other lack of interior storage, is such a pathetic oversight, it's funny.
It's like Toyota just assumed this big honking sedan is only driven by a wealthy retired person with no spouse. Retired b/c a working person who can afford this car likely wears clothes that need to be dry cleaned and there are no hooks for dry cleaned clothes. No spouse because there's absolutely no interior storage room so the only logical place to put a cell phone, purse, dry cleaning (
), and other sundries within arm's reach is the passenger's seat.
