Anybody add a dash kit to there car? If so what company did you go with and do you have some pictures. I am trying to decide which one to use. Below are a few I have found so far. I kinda like #3 because it includes a kit for the overhead as well but there is no picture so its hard to tell how well it matches. I used wooddashexperts on my 300C and the kit was a perfect match so i am leaning towards them but there kit is only 28 pieces.

3. http://www.dashkitspecialties.com/LSES07D.html
Option 1 also sells the billet grill that I want, and the OEM rear spoiler that I want.

Rear Lip Spoiler....

The front grill and wood dash is a must but I am still thinking about the spoiler.

I went with the B&I Dash kits, from my research the dashes matched better, and looked better. The company I purchased it from is listed below. They are located in Arizona so I didn't have to pay any tax, and the kits ship from San Diego so I should get them within a day since I also live in California.
(THE WEBSITE WAS SLOW WHEN I USED IT SO BE PATIENT)

1. WD669F 28 pcs Dash Trim Universal kit (DELS)
$33.95 FACTORY MATCH (Walnut Burl- Red) (DLES)
2. WD669C 3 pcs Dash Trim Upgrade kit, overhead console (DELS)
$218.50 FACTORY MATCH (Walnut Burl- Red) (DLES)
Now I am onto a Grill and rear spoiler then I will be done.

I wish they had smaller wood dash kits. I like the parts on the center console and the tiny strip on the glove box. That's it. The stuff covering the nav area is a bit too much for me, but I think the passenger area is SORELY missing some wood.

may i ask why? i know its not my place to judge, but the stick on kits never look right/good. its obvious its fake, doesnt fit right, and its just too much.
if i hadnt spent 6 months trying to find a blk/blk 5 speed IS300, i would of passed on my car because it had that wood grain plastered all over the interior. it took me three, 2 hour days to remove it all.
i think the factory wood grain looks so good, why add to it with cheap aftermarket 'stickers'? i get so disappointed when i see customer's cars with this stuff all over it.
just my 2 cents though, i dont want to come off negative.
edit: for what its worth, this is a picture of my IS right before i bought it. i dont know what kit it was though.

It's not very "real wood" looking. The stuff in other Lexus models looks much more "lifelike" IMO. When we did the inspection on our particular car, my wife was asking the sales guy if they could swap a certain piece out with another car cuz she thought it looked retarded. Couldn't cuz they're all supposedly matched with serial numbers, but even the sales guy admitted the ES wood trim isn't up to normal Lexus standards.
