It's distorting the entire thread.....not only do I have to scroll up and down, but I have to scroll left and right. The maximum width should be about
800 pixels for each photo. Thank you.

Here's what it kinda looks like during an overcast.
I know it's not overcast in the picture. It's bright today as well and not a cloud in sight but I tried to simulate an overcast. It does give you a pretty good idea of what it would look like. Darker inside the car and the tint becomes more reflective (like a mirror).
During a real overcast, it'll be even harder to see inside.

I know that ambient lighting can affect how dark/light tint shade can appear...especially tint that's lighter than say, 20%--I have 35% on my ES and on a sunny day the tint looks lighter (to somewhat exaggerate in order to get my point across, it looks more like 50% than 35%) than it does when I view it under overcast conditions.
Now it could very well be possible that wangjt's tint isn't truly 35% but generally speaking, ambient lighting can indeed affect how light/dark tint appears when looking at it from the outside.

Here in Vegas the cops don't mind what your tint is...you could have limo tint all around and the cops won't say Boo. Its soooo bright and hot here you need dark tint!
