Hello, Lexus enthusiasts.

I got my first Lexus, also my very first car, last Summer on the lucky day of 07/07/07. The color is Tungsten Pearl with black interiors. Unfortunately, it is a basic model. I actually wanted to get Smoky Granite with UL package, but apparently there was some miscommunication between me and my parents. But I still love it!

Seems to me this forum has many great people and and helpful information on maintaining the car. I look foward to making new friends here!

Welcome! You have some pretty cool parents, as your first car is an ES350!! Mine was a Toyota Corolla.

Enjoy the car and enjoy the forum!

Welcome Q Lexie. I have the Smoky Granite. It was the must popular colour at the Lexus brunch in Mississauga a couple months back. Having said that, Tungsten Pearl is a very nice colour.
You mentioned that "Unfortunately, it is a basic model". Remember that the Canadian base model is nicely equipped compared to the US basic model.
Enjoy,
oakplank

I bet the Tungsten Pearl / black interior is a good looking combination. ENJOY.

Enjoy your ES.

It's the best.

Maybe you could post a picture of it?

Hey! Thanks. Actually, my real first car is Chevy Equinox. My parents bought it to use it for going off-read, camping, etc, and they let me use the car.

Anyway, I still like to conside my ES350 as my very first car.

OOHHH. I didn't know that. That's why US Lexus websites are showing different features. Your comments are truly cheering me up. Thanks!

Thank you! I actually wanted gold interior though. Ahh. I really should have been with my parents when they were signing papers at the dealer! Why did I have to go see Ratatouille with my girlfriend on that big day? lol

Hi. I agree with you 100%! I also testdrove 3-series, CTS, A4 and IS, and I gotta say ES350 had the most comfort and most elegant interiors. Ride comfort for A4 was disappointing; it was the car I wanted to get. But then again, it's a sports sedan, and maybe I was never meant for it.
