Just got the ES back. It does make a difference on your service advisor. I am very pleased. The following was completed:
1) Warped rotors: I just asked to have them turned under warranty. Lexus went ahead and replaced them with new rotors....WOW![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
2) Received new floor mat for recall. Was surprised to see I did not get a new front passenger mat. But, it was not recalled. So be it.![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
3) Rattle in the dash. There was actually a large TSIB concerning rattles in the dash. They performed the TSIB and the rattle is gone!![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
The engine knock and minor flares remain, but I did not tell them to do anything about it.
So, lets see if I can start to enjoy the ride a little bit. It should now be rattle and vibration free.
See, I can give praise when praise is due!!

Drivers side only here too. They both look the same condition-wise so you can't tell the difference that one is new and one is older. I use them in the winter only so there wasn't much wear on the passenger side mat.
