My 39 year old father on the other hand got himself the ES350 and doesn't plan on doing any modding to it just like the rest of the crowd here. The car is absolutly perfect for him and there's not one thing that he'd want to change . . especially not throwing on a set of rims or lowering springs.

That is up until I get tired of modding my 300 & start putting money towards his ES just for the fun of it
Also most younger people either can't afford or wouldn't spend the $40k (CDN) on this car if ur looking for a sporty ride, even then they would probably buy a used luxury vehicle...and most people who buy these cars new are in a demograph who aren't blowing money on mods and rims. They are too busy paying bills, saving for children's college funds and vacations.

But like Sash, u have an older ES. and that's when people usually mod these cars. when either the car is cheaper to buy. or when they inherit/buy the car off their parents. I was the same with my old 89 190e Benz.

I wish I had more options in the aftermarket, but since I don't, I'm looking at it as the glass half full: there aren't a bunch of ugly *** ES350s running around ruining the nice image of this car.

B/c when a nice, desirable car gets too affordable and too many parts are made for it, you get crap like this: http://www.**************/bmwnightmare.htm

i asked a toyota dealer if the part numbers were the same between the 07 camry and es350 and the dealer said that they were different. it would be best to ask the lexus dealers.

i have an 07 camry on coilovers already and just wanted to share that if camry coils or springs would be compatible with the es350, then there would already be several products available on the market.

LOL--I agree; to some of these ES 350 folks, vehicle "personalization" means giving their vehicle a name...
