Default Are most of ES350 owners seniors?

I keep hearing words from people that ES model is for old people. Is this really true? I think the car is really cool looking (especially the sides) with cool features. And it's also powerful with 270+ hp's. What is it about ES350 that makes it a car for old people?

You use this title but make the cut-off age on your poll 30 years old. My wife and I are both 39. Other than thinning, gray hair (me, not her) and AARP mistakenly asking me to sign up, I don't feel like a senior.

I read a report on demographics from JD Power that 56% of ES350 owners were age 56+...

36 here.

You would not have caught me in a ES330. But, when it was restyled and given more power, the ES350 a great car to have for the family. Yeah, it is not as sporty as my Acuras were, but I do like the size of the trunk and rear seat for the kids.

Ha, since when is 30 and above considered being a senior?

And I agree with MD350, the ES350's styling is much improved over the ES300/330. Great job by Lexus.

Jeez I feel really old now,and I just missed the cutoff, I'm 31...30 is considered "senior"? I should get discounts at diners and movie theaters now!

If im gonna be considered a "senior", I better get all the senior discounts at movie theaters, amusement parks and IHOP! At times I feel like I'm 100....especially after a long night of baby-duties. I'm 33.

I think we have a good number of ES350 owners who are in their 30s. I believe people in their 20s are a bit immature to realize the quality, practicality and value of the ES350. If they can afford it, they often get an IS, G35, BMW whatever, etc. I believe that the ES350 is a car for "true professionals" and not necessarily "seniors". The ambiguity comes from the fact that it takes many years to become a true professional. This niche is sophisticated enough to know what is good. Therefore, I dont expect a 20-year-old to appreciate this car as much as I do. BTW, my neighbor just got a silver ES350 PP+. She's 92.

HA HA, I know! I got depressed after reading the title of the thread, then I looked at the poll. I never knew I was a senior. I wonder what you are called when you hit 40?

Early bird specials for everyone!!

Maybe a couple more age ranges would have been better. 20-30, 30-50, 50 and up.

As Indiana Jones said, "It's not the age - it's the mileage."
