ng123ray is right. I've never heard of a stock HID bulb being higher than about 4300K. 5000K is a good guess as to the maximum K a stock bulb would be. 6000K is definitely in the aftermarket range.
I've never heard of HID output angel eyes. Could you describe that more fully? Are you saying there are HID bulbs lighting up the rings? I'd be very surprised to find out there's an HID bulb small enough to light up the ring.
Here's my guess as to what you're actually asking:
What's the stock kelvin range of the ES350 HID headlights? You want to get an angel eyes kit and part of the kit is an HID replacement for the high beams and you want the high beams to match the stock HID low beams.
Or would you like the rings to match the HIDs as well (you can get all sorts of colors) and you'd like to know if anyone knows which brand has the best matching color in white or blue.

That link really helped answer my questions.
Ok, basically, they're offering just the rings. Some kits offer the rings, and lights for the low/high beams. These are just for the rings. The rings light up at what appears to be either 6000K or 10000K.
Both are going to be whiter than stock. This is actually a good thing. If you matched stock, it would kinda just blend together and it'd be harder to notice that you had angel eyes in the first place.
Personally, i'd get the 6000K. The 10000K would be really blue and would look kinda funny. Plus, it'd be a cop magnet. The 6000K would blend in better with the stock HIDs, but still be whiter so that you could see them separate from your low beams.
Have you done a search on this company? Cheapy halo kits can do all sorts of weird damage to your headlights and/or the housing. Or, they might fail prematurely, turn colors, etc. Be careful. eBay accessories are pretty hit and miss. I don't care when I buy cell phone crap, but for car parts on a $30,000+ car, I'd do a bit more research. This one sounds good, but ya never know.

Be sure to post pics once you do!
The 6000K is basically white, it will match the factory HIDs very well. If you want to contrast the factory HIDs (make the rings "pop" more) go with the 100000K.
