Default How to switch to Metric Display? Celsius and KM

Greetings Everyone,

Proud owner of a 07 ES 350 I picked up in CA. Problem is that I live in Canada and want to switch the Fahrenheit and miles displays in the instrument cluster over to Metric.

I've always been able to do this in my VW's and Audi's. What is the ES 350 Lexus trick?

Looking forward to your answers.

I'm not 100% sure, but i "guess" the whole cluster need to be replaced... But, it won't hurt if you visit the dealer..
