1. There are 4 holes for the front plate so you will have 4 plugs showing
2. Depending on your paint scheme (like Starfire Pearl) it will be impossible to match and look aweful
3. If you are forced to have a plate due to existing holes, spend the $70 and get the small chrome "Lexus" plate which looks rather slick

OP: Are you asking for another vehicle or for an ES350 you are looking to acquire?
