Default Getting my dad's ES350 tomorrow

Hey guys my dad just bought a ES350 brand new, white pearl with black interior... I think it has everything except the Navi. Anyways, I just had a quick question:

Has anyone here installed a Mesh Grill for their ES? I just bought one on Ebay brand new and it's suppose to be arriving on Monday, the description says it should take about 2 hrs to install... I really don't have much experience installing anything on cars in general, but I'm not an idiot, I can follow basic instructions... Basically all I'm wondering is how hard is this thing to install? Is it something that a novice person can do, or should I pay someone to do it? I asked around a few performance shops how much it would cost to install, most of them said they wouldn't touch anything from ebay, but one guy said he'd do it for 85$/hr for 4 hrs of work... thats WAY too much, double what I paid for the grilll...

Do you guys think it's out of the question to ask the dealership to put it on? lol... I figure it's worth a shot at least. I'm getting the windows tinted to hopefully to 20% (if they can do it otherwise 35% all around Anyways I'm new here... any replies are appreciated!! Thanks!

This is the grill I bought: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LEXUS...spagenameZWDVW

$T$,

I bought this grille about 6 months ago and my dad and I put it on. If your have some mechanical skills and can follow the directions you will have no problem. It took me and my dad about 4 hours to put it on. There is some modifications that you will have to do some cutting, but don't worry, grille is sick when done. Good Luck!

OMG that grill took forever and was nearly impossible to fit on... but after almost 5 hrs and some bumper trimming and painting I got the thing on... Unfortunatly I can never put the old grill back now since I had to trim the bumper.

I had to call up a few of my autoshop buddy's for help and they even said the thing was really difficult, but we got it on. I got the 20% tint all around done to. It looks WAY better now. I'll post some pics soon!

Sucks that you had to trim the bumper. No way I'd get anything that required me to cut into my car.
