I agree. I don't care what published dimensions say. It's the same with EPA mileage. It's highly misleading.

If you park them side by side, you can visually see the GS is a LOT smaller on the inside. Sitting it it only confirms it. And on paper, the trunk is already a lot smaller. In real life, like the seats, the difference is magnified.

If the GS had the same interior/trunk room of the ES, I'd be willing to pay a premium over the ES. I came from a BMW so I'm used to paying a premium for a sportier drive. But I just couldn't justify paying more for 1 Lexus when the other had more space. Especially when the GS just can't match BMW in sporty driving feel.
