Personally I thought those chrome door sills looks nice on the GS & LS, I wonder if anyone makes themfor the ES350 ?

I am not talking about the illuminate interior door sills

I've been thinking the same thing for a couple of months now. Someone could TOTALLY design a door sill to match the LS or GS. I got a close look at an LS the other day and thought this would be easy and look great. Anyone seen this?

Aftermarket parts forthe ES are few and rare I would love to see illum sills!

Now the 2010 ES350 will be offered with the chrome sill like rest of the Lexus lines,
I wonder if this part can be purchaesed separately.

A few days ago I stopped at the dealer to look at the 2010 ES (they only had 1 car!) and the sales rep said they have a supplier who could provide a similar chrome strip for application on '07-'09. I hadn't asked him about it, he just volunteered the info.

The '10 ES 350 sill plates with Lexus on them looks more like stainless steel than chrome.

Are we talking about the stainless sill plates that are currently on the interior sills, or the exterior chrome strip that's been added to the lower portion of the doors for 2010?
