Lexus 2009 Es350
Was wondering what's a reasonable price to offer for a 2009 ES 350 UL Edition w/NAVI. I'm located in S.Cali LA area and was planning to purchase one on Saturday. I did a search on carsdirect.com and they were offering it for 37,692 MSRP 41,675. Any suggestions? tax license fee everything out the door? I was interesting in the panaroma sunroof but heard it's discontinue and only on special order.

ES 350 2009 Navi Premium Plus Package 38,700 out the door is that a reasonable deal? Also does anyone know if they stop the UL package for 2009? For some weird reason I can't locate them and I heard they don't have hids on 2009 anymore is that true?
