Im trying to fit a 20 x 10.5 wheel in the rear on a 2008 ES 350, i Know it fits on a GS, has anyone had this on a ES?

Thanks

Welcome to Clublexus. The GS is a RWD car, thus you can fit wider rear wheels. the purpose of it is to put more rubber on the ground in the rear to apply more power to the ground.

I doubt that size rear wheel will fit the ES 350. The ES 350 is also FWD, so a staggered setup is all wrong for it. A 10.5 rear wheel on a FWD car does nothing but hurt the ride and hurt fuel economy.
