Default Repairing bumper and mirror case scratches

I recently scratched my front bumper (right corner) at a parking lot wall. And then some dude in a jeep scratched my right mirror case. I don't think I can buff these out, as the scratches are kinda deep. How do I go about getting these fixed? What is the estimated cost in california? I am considering getting the car detailed next year..... I want to include dent repair, paint touchup and scratch removal all at once. Are there shops that do all of this?

I have found that the paintless dent repair guys do a good job when they can but that if you have to do paint work the only lasting solution is the dealer or a quality body shop. I've had slight bumper scratches repaired by the touch up guys who also do a good job in matching the paint but most often after several months the clear coat starts to peel - especially if you go to car washes. The recomended and ony lasting repair for me has been to have the bumper removed and painted off the car so the clear coat wraps around the edges. The difference in cost is substantial though - about $100 for the touch up people vs. $650 for the dealer body shop.
