My dad's neighbor has an '06 ES coming off lease this coming September. She would like to get a new '09. Anyone out there know what lease deals are out there? We're in the South Florida market. She's probably looking at the model that MSRPs for $38,725 (no NAV). Any ideas on LFS money rates and residuals? Any help would be greatly appreciated. We haven't gone to any of the local dealers yet.

I'd tell him to wait and possibly file for a lease extension of 6 months. The face lifted 2010 ES350 may be out by Sept. It makes no sense to sign a deal on a 09 when the new look is just around the corner.

It certainly makes sense if he looking for a lower payment.
