DO NOT go to Warnock.. for anything! Englewood is the best all-around, in my experience.

no complaints with Lexus of Edison either. walk in with tsb's if you have them.

 

Toyota Universe is the best with prices. Plus who knows lexus better then lexus and toyota? Price difference between lexus dealer and toyota is a lot for any type of service. Save yourself money and go to Toyota.

My experience in Englewood of lexus is not really satisfied, and still expecting their explain.

We bought the brand new car in Virginia in 07 then we moved to NJ around 09.

When we had car to 30K service in about 29100 Mileage, they done well and cost us about 460 dollar.

Several month later, we had low tire pressure warning which means something wrong with tires.
We had car to dealer, they fix it for free ( just inflation ), but DID the exactly same 30K maintenance with the same items and additional brake pad...etc replaced.
It cost us about 800 dollars in about 30500 Mileage

We found this out now, because the preparation of tax 10. Of course,
we are not familiar with car maintenance, but there are the same 30K service with the same detail there within 1500 mi.
We just contacted them yesterday, but there is no response so far.

So, we have no idea if every dealer in NJ treats customer like this.
We may try Ramsey, NJ next time and buy car over there, if Lexus of Englewood doesn't give us good explanation.

 

Next time you should check the paperwork the service writer gives you when you drop off the car to see what they are going to do. Then check the invoice to confirm what service was performed before you pay for it. Works for me.

 

My local dealership is Lexus of Edison, they are friendly but I've heard of some shotty repairs. I personally have never gone to any dealership to have anything done, only to pick up parts.
I've heard Lexus of Bridgewater is fantastic, and they do great work. My neighbor strictly only goes there, and he always comes back with a smile on his face.
