I have had good service from Cherry Hill but the recent service at 30k miles seems like perhaps the economy has hit hard and the push is on to make some money, they wanted additional work to the tune of 1800, some justified, some b.s.
I refused most and sat down with service adviser when I picked up my car. We had a 'rational' discussion and went over each of the items that I did not choose. He remained silent when I pointed out the bs to him, as expected. Overall, service there is good, but sometimes you have to spend a little time and effort.

Just purchased an 07 ES 350 from Nalley Galleria Lexus in Marietta, GA. The salesman was very nice and helpful, the trade in was easy and I got pretty close to what I wanted price wise. Now the finance guy was a little pushy trying to sell the add on services for only $X dollars a month more up to $XXX dollars a month. When I said I didn't want any of them he acted shocked and said virtually everyone purchases at least one of these and he couldn't understand why I balked.
Oh well. I guess that is his job.

My wife went for the "dent protection and wheel protection" deal. We had one dent removed and the wheels, having "curb rash" are not covered because they are curb rash and not damaged from a pothole or blowout. No more add ons....

Dealer Service
I have taken my car in for wervice three times to Lexus of Tulsa and they were far and away the best dealership I have ever had any dealings with. Prompt, courteous, loaner on the spot, and no questions asked about anything I wanted fixed. Would not have any reservations about using them for anything. If you are in the Tulsa area Lexus of Tulsa is the place to go for sales and service.
Agree about Lexus of Tulsa. I've used them for 4 yrs with my ES330, excellent on all counts. Picking up a new ES350 on Thursday and, so far, am confident the excellent service will continue.
