I have a 2010 ES 350. This does not seem to work. Any other options?

Just tried this several times and it did not work for me.
I guess I am doing something wrong.

Instructions on IS forum are not all that clear.
What do they mean by "when gauges begin to cycle"?
Do you have to hit 10 second mark precisely, or you need to wait at least 10 seconds?

Could somebody who did this on an ES350 rehash the instructions in plain English, please.

I had the dealer handle this for me on both my 2007 and now my 2010. Just takes a few minutes but I don't think it is something the owner can do without the special tool / software.

I tried this in my 2010 ES350 with Nav and it did not work. I will ask the dealer to do it when I go in for the 30day check.
