Is it safe to drive? IF the faulty accelerator pedal is to blame and it isn't used in the Lexus then yes. I really hope this is true because I love driving mine. The cop in California had a car that had the wrong floormats which did cause the accident. A lot of the other things I've seen around the internet and news pertains to Toyotas, particularly the Avalon.
No Lexus Division or Scion vehicles are affected by these actions.
