Had my 07 ES350 done today with new oil hose (based on posts i've read and current TSB) and had computer reprogrammed. Apparently only fix recommended at this time for 07 ES350 . Will shut car off in an emergency by pushing both gas pedal and brake at same time. Hope i never need to find out.
Oh yeah, gas pedal fix as well reducing length or whatever.
Dealership here in Delaware very good. All scheduled done without any fuss, plus got a full tank of gas (was at 1/4 or less so at least $30 there) and car wash as well. All at N/C. It was an 07 certified used car purchased in Oct. 09.
Interesting, loaner car was a 2010 Hybrid . To be honest i like my 07 ES better. Strange how car reacts back/forth feel in motor/battery etc. during driving. Alot of bells and whistles but keep the hybrid. Not for me.

Picked up my '07 with the same oil hose replacement and reprogramming. Full tank of gas and wash. Had to remove snow from the car but that was okay. They also replaced the front all weather mats with a thinner version (not as deep slush pool holder) but as least they say LEXUS ES on the sides. They match the color of the top dash but they did not change out the rear ones, which are browner in color. Will go back Monday and want the rear ones to match the front ones exactly. Also noticed some silver paint missing from the grille and will want them to replace that too. Nothing was explained to me as to how it was going to be improved. Just here are your keys and thanks again. The gas pedal looked a little hacked from a distance but I never really looked at it before. Miss the old fashioned chrome trimmed ones from years past / dressed up the car in my opinion. Maybe I should replace it with the big barefoot Cal Custom version from the 60s and 70s that was somewhat popular and take it back in to Lexus and say what kind of joke is this.

garsarno, to my knowledge only front replacement all weather mats are avaialable. We're stuck with the two different types front and rear. I don't know if there are plans for matcing rears.
