Guys...currently in full weekend of using full line products of Zaino I received this week. We .... yes we--hehe..my wife is helping and becoming addictive-yes; anyway we did her 3.5 yr old SUV Sequoia with some Zaino steps I p/u from detail/ cleaning lexus forum. The clay-bar application is absolutely a must. Once we put 2 coats of Z5-polish followed by Z6 SPRAY the effects were amazing. So this morning I felt her SUV paint against my 3 week old 2010-ES350 and hers was nice & smooth where mine although very clean did not have that smooth feel. In short we did clay-bar on my black -sapphire pearl( they even suggested for new cars- picks up rail dust etc ) and as I type doing 2nd coat of Z-5 with Z-6 spray after buffing car. Ok back to work or supervive just wanted everyone to know new believer in Zaino products the affects are truly incredible.

This is Jrey's wife...I can't believe that I am so addicted already. Zaino is so easy to use and the results make you want to put a sign in your front yard "Will Detail Car"...just amazing. My husband was jealous when my Sequoia felt smoother than his new car...what can I say? The clay bar with a couple of layers of Z5 and Z6 .... it reminds me of when my daughter was young...that smooth skin...just amazing.....

Ok, hubby is taking off the layer of Z5 I put on...need to go over what he did...Zanio....claybar....a must do...this is wonderful way to hang out with the hubby...

i tried to download some pics when 1st p/u car 2 weeks ago no success, would be nice to send some pics of all weekend results. Anyone have any short advice on what we are doing wrong would be great. Its downloaded on desktop but wont upload...ok need to wrap up letting 3rd coat z-5 settle thenm take off.

do you have any reccommnedations on what to use for the chrome on our 2010. There is alot of chrome on the new version should I just go over it with Zaino - Z-6 ? Thks

You can use Z2 or Z5 and if you're OCD like me, follow with Z8 sealer spray or ZCS on the whole car and chrome.
I hope you used ZAIO first or the ZFX drops in the Z5.

yes used zfx/ z-5 combo --3 coats on 3 week old veh. I've been following the z-5 application with z-6 spray application wipe down on whole car after ea z-5 app.. i can tell you I thought veh looked good before this process but there is no comparison, if any others are looking for that double look or eye poppping appeal highly suggest to polish/wax veh with high end product.....dont want to just plug Zaino because I'm sure there are others that may work as well...MAYBE. Z5 is a light surface scratch and swirl filler which some feel works well with shine and protection on dark colors for more color warmth.
Z2 has a better shine on medium to light colors.I like Z2 on all colors,though.
At this point you can use wipe on and walk away ZCS after every 2,3,4 carwashes.
As with all Zaino products,use sparingly.

It's best to wash car with Dawn dish soap before using the clay bar. It takes off all previous wax and makes zaino look that much better and it adheres better. Don't use Dawn often, but for the initial cleaning it's O.K.

Richard....i didnt use Dawn this time because the newness of the vehicle,,,just used Z-7 car wash from Zaino then actually used process I p/u from detail forum where you use z-7/water in conjunction with clay-bar process worked very well.. Again I did 3 coats z-5/zfx with z-6 splash wipe down after ea one. Very satisfied with the result...very nice look as a result...car is garaged 100% time when home...helps quite a bit.

Which I could send pics but unsuccessful last time I tried.

My wife help when the car needs to get polished. She drives it to the detailer and goes shopping until it gets done.

jag..lol...I can tell you we're both worn out from the last 2 days of washing/clay bar/ polishing/etc...even did all inside w/ Lexol leather cleaner on her Suquioa( lg veh if you're familiar with ) but actually enjoyed doing together so worth the hard work. Thks again to everyone for suggestions previous to making purchase and doing work....will gladly do same if others are interested in doing Detail with Zaino products.

Cars come from factory with a wax already on them. You might have lowered the durability of Zaino by not doing a fresh surface. Just keep that in mind next time for your car

I use Zaino's perfect tire shine, its the best!!
