Dinomon....thats sounds like a good deal, was that just to purchase tires or the whole pkg...mounting , road hazard coverage, replacement, free rotation etc. And are those the same as OEM Michelins that come on most ES350 NEW ? Have Michelins on new veh beleive they are same.

Front brakes / rotors will be getting replaced in about two weeks, have about 37,000 miles on the '07 with 80% city / suburb driving. In ordering parts, anyone know if the "07 Camry brake parts (pads and rotors) are the same? Thinking Lexus adds some major upcharge over the same Camry part.

If your not picky about parts buy Autozone Duralast but make sure its the "Gold" kind. Lifetime warranty on pads and 2 yrs on rotors so if you do your rotors every 2 years you have free rotors and pads for life! I asked the kid how can they do this and still make money? The kid didnt really know he just looked at me and was like Autozone is a multi-million dollar bussines, plus people forget reciepts. So take advantage

Got the front brakes / rotors done Tuesday at 38,674 miles. Major shaking of brakes when hot / pads were thin. My garage guy used Toyota parts: rotors shared with Camry / front pads different. The pad kit does not include shims / separate purchase package. My garage said best not to reuse shims from original brakes as noise will come. Took it easy on the brakes for a few days and they are working well, nice and smooth. Rear brakes were replaced at dealer from TSIB approving at n/c with updated pads as there is a case for premature wear of the rear brakes.
