Bought a ES350 CPO....Fishy?

Bought a ES350 CPO....Fishy?
The car has been for sale since Jan but has 34215 miles. So should I assume this as a clerical error? The sales manager the finance guy and the salesperson all triple checked the mileage it was 34215. The car is a CPO but was CPOed in June of 09..... 
The car is clean it drove fine and I had a trusted person look at it and it was in fine working condition.

The Carfax should have begun at the original date the car was purchased and went forward from there. You need to see the entire life of this car, that is more important. The service history will tell how well the car was maintained. However, if you have this information and you're satisfied, then I see no reason to be concerned about what appears to be a clerical error.
