Default New Lexus ES350 just dropping by to say hi

Hi guys:

Name is Jo.

I just bought a 08 ES350 last week and wanted to drop by and say what's up.

Have a couple of questions.

1. I am interested in getting a trunk lip for the ES. I saw a bunch of them on ebay, but wasn't sure if there is a real OEM for this car, or all of them are aftermarket. Can someone show a a link of the actual one, or at least a part # if there is an OEM one.

2. I am really not a big fan of the ES stock rims. I am not looking for aftermarket rims, but I really like the IS rims, even the GS rims. Can someone tell me the wheel spec on the ES and let me know if they will fit IS/GS/ISF rims?

Welcome aboard Jo. I'm sure someone will get those questions answered for you...There is a real OEM spoiler for this car. About $600.00 dealer price, but I'm sure you can beat this elsewhere.

Go on line to any one of the various Lexus dealers and you can buy the spoiler for around $300 and install it yourself. No big deal here they are just peel and stick and have directions supplied with them. You will also get the OEM color match. As to the wheels I would suspect that the off set would be different but you would need to check this out.

It appears to be the same from what I can tell....had mine put @ port of entry when car was coming in since car had already been assigned to me. I myself am a big proponent of the lip spoiler,,,believes it adds just right finish to back of vehicle.

Welcome!! I hope you find the members here as helpful as I have. I had one installed on my 07 when buying it, I think it was $300. back then. I would try Sewell's they are sponsors for this forum. They have just changed some stuff, and I don't know if all their stuff is discounted to members. Also a while back someone talked about an installation kit. Don't remember how much that was. I'm not sure if it is needed. The one in the picture looks like the real McCoy. I don't know the offset, but I also purchased some
17" spyders for my ES, they too came from Sewell's. Could look that up on Sewell's or maybe even tire rack. BTW I like the way mine looks.
