Disk Error Check 6
I loaded 6 disks and the first 5 played fine. When it tried to change to disk 6, I got this message. I cannot get into the changer, because the door will not open. Any suggestions to get the door open to remove disk 6? Dealer suggested banging on the dash while pressing eject. No luck with that.

Sounds like just an error reading that particular disc.....
Can you still change to another disc (1 thru 5) ??
Hopefully, you still can.
If so, go to another disk (1 or 2).
At that point, press and hold the eject button until display says "EJECT ALL"
See if it comes out then along witht the other discs.

Have same problem with my '07 Impala SS. The #4 slot will not play homemade cds and if I load one, it is a crap shoot if it will eject. Inserted disc 1 of the Doors Greatest Hits into slot #4, plays perfect and can be ejected on one try.
