Well, for those who do not know, I have owned an ES in Black Sapphire for about a month and I love it. Yesterday, I was waiting at three lights side by side with a Beamer and got out of the gate much quicker than it without much of an effort. The ES is surprisingly powerful.

just got a 2007 ES350 , I am 37, I also own a 2008 Benz B200 turbo, they are both comfortable and have two extreme drive feel, the B turbo gets me to speed limit very quickly and can race most cars on the road no problem while the ES350 provides a smooth and quiet ride..

35 here, traded an SC430 for the ES because my usage pattern changed. (went from being walking distance from my office to having a commute that is 30-45 minutes each way.)
It's a question of where your priorities lie and what your primary usage is. I looked at the IS, the BMW 3 series, an Infiniti G37, and the Hyundai Genesis sedan. The sportier cars would have been more fun on twisty mountain roads, but that is probably 2% of my usage-- for the 90+% that is bumper to bumper traffic and 70mph on the interstate, the ES was clearly superior.

I'm around 44 and have been a lexus fan since they came out. I own an es300 2002, and a 2007 es350. Great cars, especially with aftermarket 20" rims and low profile tires. Young guys like these cars too!

Our 07 ES350 a Forever Daily Ride
Our 2007 ES 350 has been with us since mid-2008. It's summer of 2020. I'm now 62 and my wife is 58. You can do the math on ages at purchase. Suffice to say that after 360,000 miles, it would be very difficult to justify replacing a car that remains in like-new condition. However, we have been convinced that Toyota knows how to build with quality!

I started buying Toyotas in 1980, at age 25, because of their reliability. Here I am 40 years later, still impressed with the reliability, and still singing their praises!

I'm 23 and let me say my 13 year old ES has better riding suspension than many of my friends almost brand new cars. Ill probably never buy another make unless it's an old Infiniti .
