Does anyone get worse MPG than this?

We bought an 07 CPO last October. Local stop/go driving avg. around 22.5 - 23 mpg. Trip 32-33 mpg. Use only 87 octane as recommended by Lexus Dealership. Higher octane is a waste unless you could care less about money. Very happy with mileage. Gotta laugh sometimes seeing mini cars touting 32 mpg on highway. Big whoop.
