I had an early build (04/2006) ES350. No trans problems during nearly 4 years of ownership. In fact, the car was problem free.

I have an 07 bought in 09/07 don't know the manufacture date. I have 47k + and halfway through a trip to Az (starting back Monday) will have almost 50k by the time we get home. Been to Calf. once and Florida twice and this trip to Az. On my second set of tires, had the rotors and brakes done at 30k due to throbbing when applying the brakes hard going down hill. Covered by warranty. Had the "floor mat/pedal/reflash" recall done. Other than that, just changed the oil/filters/rotated the tires.

Purchased my 2007 ES-350 ultra luxury July 2006. Driven 20,000 miles and has been a perfect vehicle. No transmission difficulty. Had oil cooler TSB c/w.
Just a great vehicle.

Default Miles on Lexus 65K

Had my ES 350 since May 06.
Have all options.
Only problem????Ticking Tapping sound for first few minutes which I'm sure is not major problem now that I have 65,000 miles on it.
Love the car.....Also have RX 350 with no problems at all.

2007 purchased May 2007
It has roughly 22,000 miles which are almost all city. I've had no repairs yet, although my cup holder won't close and my right mirror doesn't tilt down as far as it did when new.

2010 just purchased in March. Now have 6100 miles on it. I guess I drive it to much. I'll be cutting down on the trips to the golf course now that it is starting to get cold.

2010 pruchased 1/29/10. 8,400 miles about 1/2 of them on two trips in Feb and Sept.

Traded in a 2007 with a little over 30K in nearly four years.

My 2007 has 45k on it, last month replaced tires with Michilens I was considering Kuhmo's but gave in and paid that extra, I have Kuhmos on my RX300 and they are great. 5 months ago replaced all brake pads but still have original rotors.

Just wanted to bring this thread back to life since I plan on having my 2008 ES350 for a looong time.

2008 ES350
47,000 miles

No issues at all. Original brake pads. Just replaced original tires at 45,000.

Also, any suggestions on preventative maintenance at this stage other than oil changes?
