Should I replace factory battery or go with AutoZone / Advance Parts?
Is there one kind better other kind?

In tne November issue, Consumer Reports reviewed car batteries and Costco (Kirkland) and Ever Start were ranked pretty high in all the various sizes. Some other brands were up there too, but I don't recall the specifics.

Got Interstate Megatron battery, 800CCA rating, installed by my local garage for $116+tax a few weeks ago.
