Default Tears in the leather seat

We have a new ES350. Leass than 3000 mile. Someway, one of appearantly got in with something in our pocket and it tore the seats. Has anyone else experienced that?

No, I haven't done that - it takes something pretty sharp to do that. If you are lucky your dealer "might" help you out with getting it fixed. Just ask what they suggest you do and see what they say. Good Luck.

Hi, Yes, I have. I have the UL. Called my local high end body shop and asked them to recommend someone. They did a great job and now I have to "look" for the repair to see where it was. Just get someone who knows what they are doing. Takes about an hour.

I'd like to know as well. I have a small tear in my driver's seat that I'd like patched up. Curious to know how much that will set me back.

The service adviser knew someone who came to the dealership every couple of weeks. I think it was $200. He did a great job. You can't tell where it was.
